CHECK IT OUT !!
A new Web Site has come on board: http://www.fbcountry.com
This web site is sponsored by AFBF and has interesting segments, such as Farm Bureau members can purchase clothing for up to 30% discount, and a silent auction (run much like e-bay). Only Farm Bureau members can post items for sale…for no cost to them. Anyone can buy what is being auctioned, but only Farm Bureau members may sell items. You don’t have to put a picture on there, but it might help to sell an article you wish to sell. CHECK IT OUT !!

THE FARM BUREAU CAMPAIGN SCHOOL |
2007 |
Do you believe that you would make great elected official?
Are you thinking about running for elective office sometime in the next year or two?
Have you or your friends mentioned running for school board, county commissioner, or state representative but aren't quite sure what this decision would entail?
Do you know anyone who has already made the big decision to run for office?
THE FARM BUREAU CAMPAIGN SCHOOL may be for you! If you are considering running for the Legislature or local office (county, city, schools), this is one of the best campaign schools in the nation. American Farm Bureau developed this 2-day campaign school with input from national consultants from the Democratic and Republican parties. Over 75% of candidates who run after completing this school win their elections -- an outstanding testament to the quality of the audio-visual training content. The seminar answers crucial questions about how to evaluate the candidate and district, build a campaign structure, raise money, enlist allies, create coalitions, and get last-minute voter attention.
If you have questions or would like to register for the school, call Scott Dilley at 1-800-331-3276 or check out the Washington Farm Bureau web site at: http://www.wsfb.com
